Programme Overview
The MBA (Top-Up) is designed for learners who already possess a recognised postgraduate qualification and wish to obtain a full UK Master of Business Administration degree in an accelerated and flexible format. The programme builds on existing managerial experience and Level 7/Level 11 academic achievements, focusing on strategic leadership, global business management, organisational development, and advanced research skills. Students learn to solve complex business problems, lead organisational change, and make high-level decisions in dynamic environments.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must hold one of the following:
1. Ofqual Level 7 Diploma (RQF)
Accepted qualifications include:
- OTHM Level 7 Diploma
- Qualifi Level 7 Diploma
- Other recognised Ofqual Level 7 Diplomas in a relevant field
2. SCQF Level 11 Diploma
Accepted qualification:
- EduQual SCQF Level 11 Extended Diploma in Business Management
- Other recognised SCQF Level 11 postgraduate diplomas

Programme Structure
Under the University of Wolverhampton progression pathway, students will complete:
